Taro Kahlua Tart

Beryl Kummerfeld is renowned for her excellent recipes. This recipe was rated very delicious by members at a recent meeting.

Ingredients
3 eggs
250gms mashed cooked taro
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp kahlua
2 teasp coffee dissolved in 2 Tablspns boiling water
1 cooked sweet pie crust

Method
Beat eggs and add to mashed taro.
Blend well.
Add Kahlua, and milk and blend again.
Add vanilla, and pour into pie crust.
Cook for 25 – 30 mins at 350 C
