Sunshine Dressing for mixed fruit salads

In a blender combine: 1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp grated orange rind
2 tbsp vinegar
Blend at medium
speed and slowly add
¼ cup salad oil.
Blend until thick.
Stir in 1 or 2 tbsp of poppy or roasted sesame seeds.
Chill and serve with your favourite fruit mixture.
